All sessions are $250 and are charged at the time of your appointment.

We require credit card details for all bookings. Payments are processed securely through Halaxy, our practice management system, which uses bank-grade security and stores data safely in Australia. Your card details are securely saved for future appointments for convenience.

You are welcome to self-refer to see an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AMHSW), and no referral is required to begin therapy.

If you have a Mental Health Care Plan and a referral from a GP or psychiatrist, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate. The current rebate for sessions with an AMHSW is $87.25 per session, for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.

Many clients continue therapy privately once rebates are used, or choose to attend without a referral.

Two full business days’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled with less notice, or not attended, will be charged the full session fee.
